Why are we called Midnight Cravings? With today’s demanding, fast paced market, brands and clients are up all night strategizing, reinventing themselves, thinking of the next thing.

Alaa holds a BA in fine arts faculty from Damascus university, specialising in visual communication art and graduated second in his class in\ 2006. He has also participated in many art exhibitions and festivals in his free time.

Lea has 9 years’ experience with multinational agencies managing diverse national and international client profiles – from telecom, to FMCG, to retail, to automotive, to technology companies working with a cross functional team including creative, digital, media, social media, PR, production houses and the content unit department. Lea is an Agile
juggler between the clock and the compass. Started her career at Leo Burnett Beirut in 2012 as a Junior Communication Executive, stepping up to Account Manager at J. Walter Thompson Beirut in 2015.
In 2017, Lea was nominated for the JWT Hip Club Class which is created to identify 50 outstanding employees across the network.
Lea later moved back to Leo Burnett as Communication Supervisor on Proctor and Gamble, before she left Leo Burnett Beirut in August 2018 to jump on a new challenge; the start of Midnight Cravings.

After starting her Marketing career at Banque Libano-Francaise and Les Affichages Pikasso, Maya flew to Paris to get her Master degree in Marketing and Advertising from ESG Management School. She then moved back to Lebanon and joined multi-national agencies including J. Walter Thompson and M&C Saatchi, where she handled a portfolio of accounts ranging from FMCG to retail, banking and luxury goods.
Throughout her career, Maya gained expertise spanning across marketing and communication, strategic planning, project management, media planning and advertising sales. .
Since 2018 Maya’s been working on the start of her own business.
Her experience in both the marketing sector and advertising sector have shaped her to become a professional with a broader view on communication and the industry as a whole.
We’re based everywhere. We’ve set up shop in 2 countries: Lebanon and Saudi. But we also move around based on market and client needs. We move easily across the GCC and Europe. Sometimes you’ll even find us working by the pool. And if need be, we can come work at your offices.
